What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
1) Prompt Design & Iteration
- Build and refine prompts for AI systems (voice agents, chatbots, workflows) using our internal tools
- Design structured prompts for different use cases and user journeys
- Continuously improve output quality through prompt experimentation and iteration
- Work with the team to deploy prompts in live environments
2) Output Evaluation (Testing & Analysis)
- Review AI-generated outputs (voice/chat) for accuracy, tone, clarity, and goal completion
- Identify failure points such as hallucinations, irrelevant responses, or broken flows
- Create clear, actionable feedback and improvement notes
3) Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain prompt quality standards across projects
- Suggest improvements in prompts, edge-case handling, and response structuring
- Track recurring issues and refine prompt strategies accordingly
- Ensure outputs meet quality expectations before release
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Full-time availability (3 months)
- Strong communication skills (especially written clarity and structured thinking)
- High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
- Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Comfort working with AI tools and evaluating outputs
Strongly Preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering (testing variations, improving outputs, handling edge cases)
